Terms of Purchase
With our extremely busy senior schedule, Photography by Anderson Photography must be notified at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellations. Failure to give notice will result in a $25.00 rescheduling fee. This fee is over and above any regular charges and it must be paid
The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without our permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us so that we may have the opportunity to serve you better.
Pleased be informed that due to the huge amount of space and storage costs it takes to keep your images, digital image files, we will only have them available for you to order from for up to 6 months from your portrait date. At the end of 6 months if you would like your digital image files you can purchase them for $350. After that date we will need to dispose of them. It is your responsibility to make arrangements prior to 6 months after your portrait session if you would like your image files
All clients must sign a release form before any photographs will be taken. It simply staes we have the right to post your photographs on the internet with never a name discloseure. We have the right to use any photograph for means of advertising for the studio.Client also agrees all rights to any photographbelong soley to anderson photography until said so otherwise ina written agreement.
